I have known Grant for 11 years and worked with him for 3 years as partners in our business. I would work with Grant in any employment situation whether we were partners, whether he was my boss or I was his boss. He has a natural ability to build trust/report with others that I have rarely seen. He learns quickly and always contributes in innovative ways. He is a leader whether he is formally the supervisor or not because people want to follow him. He makes a difference quickly but in such a way that he earns the respect of those around him.
